Structure of the Course
The full course is divided into in 4 modules with 2-3 sections each. We expect each section to take 2-3 hours of time per section (but we sometimes experience time blindness, so we could be wrong). You can view the course and work on the prompts during one of our 12 week Burnout Recovery Groups or access the DIY version for a self-paced option.

Each module focuses in on a topic relevant to Neurodivergent Burnout divided into two or three sections. Each section will have:
A video of BT and Miles having a discussion about the topic that always includes ideas for how we can be supported and support each other
Writing prompts for reflection
A creative or experiential prompt
